Activities
In addition to enjoying our landscaped gardens and tranquil Koi Pond, residents are actively encouraged to participate in activities and socials as part of our wider family and community.

Residents are encouraged to maintain personal links and engage with the local community through participation in events and activities. These include quizzes, bingo, exercise classes and arts and crafts. We also have a versatile activities lodge which is often home to movie nights and tea parties.
We have regular themed days matching activities and cuisines, and annual traditions such as our much loved community garden fete.

A wide variety of activities are undertaken individually and in groups that include trips to the local pub and shops, as well as outings to local events and places of interest.

We are fortunate to be near some of the UK's finest beaches, Bournemouth's pleasure gardens, as well as having the Green Flag winning Queens Park on our doorstep

Our activities co-ordinator organises social events throughout the year, utilising the best of Bournemouth and Dorset including Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Wimborne Model Town, The Blue Pool at Wareham, Poole Quay, Wilton House, Salisbury Cathedral, Monkey World and the Bournemouth Air Show.
Community
Encouraging Participation
We put our residents at the heart of our community.
Regular resident's meetings are held to ensure that their views and ideas are listened to and that any concerns can be raised and discussed.
Family and friends are invited to attend these meetings if they wish.

We actively encourage participation as it maintains interaction, high spirits and an active social life.
We take into consideration the individual interests and personalities of every resident, and aim to organise activities that everyone will enjoy.
